Mandatory Directive for Implementing State's Regional Stay At Home Order

Issued: December 4, 2020

Effective: December 6, 2020 at 10:00 p.m.

 

In light of significant increases in COVID-19 cases and associated hospitalizations across the United States, the State of California, and within Santa Clara County, this Mandatory Directive implements the State’s Regional Stay At Home Order as of the effective date and time of the Directive and until 12:01 am on January 4, 2021, unless the County Health Officer otherwise rescinds, modifies, or extends this Directive.
